I LOVE THIS FAMILY!This guy (an employee) he has no RESPECT. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. He does not have good customer service. He pass down the aisle never asked if I needed help. He pass me by but greeted a Caucasian customer. He needs to GO!! YALL HAVE LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER

I've tried numerous times trying to talk to someone in the store. My call isn't getting answered. I keep getting a fax machine sound, or when I hold on, it says no one is available to answer my call. What's the problem with them not answering the phone?

Very bad customer service. I was told I couldn't exchange an item because I didn't purchase it from there even with my receipt for the purchase.
