My husband was needing advice on some items (for me, had a medical issue/ a wound that needed treatment), and not only did the lady go above and beyond to satisfy his questions, she took him through the whole process and reassured him I would be okay when all was said and done. What amazing service! I was truly impressed and very very grateful.
