I walked up to the store at 9:40 and doors were locked. The employee came to the door and said the store closes 20 minutes early. If that’s the case no sense in advertising that the store closes at 10pm. That’s such an inconvenience I could have went to another store.

Extremely well stocked, plenty of options to choose from. If you can't get to a grocery store this is the best option you have locally. Within 5 miles that is.

To be honest, I frequent this particular Family Dollar at least once a week. Every time ppl entered the store they are/were greeted politely. Customer service are courteous, respectful, helpful & knowledgeable in regards to their employer's company store products being sold. Maybe it's just me, but I noticed upon entering the store a person can sense/smell fragrance & cleanliness telling me that housekeeping and/or the employees working their shifts find time to keep their stocking work areas/isles organized allowed the customer to get close to the shelving, the freshness of scent is an indication someone are doing their job to keep the business establishment sanitized for the customer as themselves also. The prices being charged at this Family Dollar are consistent with other similar type businesses within its general area offering the same or similar type products, promotions, or discounts. What did concern me...(ties into it possibly being a rodent and/or health issue to the customers/employees)...is the amount of thrash on the ground for such a small coverage area strewed out all along the side of the business, around the dumpster area, & even into a adjacent empty lot. A business' outside yard tells the public a lot of unspoken words about said business image & it's practices of maintaining a safe, clean, pleasant environment for John Doe Customer to go or wanna go spend his money. Granted, ppl do occasionally accidentally drop paper, plastic bags, etc. I'm no sanitation employee, but the amount of thrash in question here can only be of two factors: 1.The person assigned to clean those areas are not doing the assigned task properly allowing the situation to get out of hand. 2. Someone, over a period of time, are deliberately throwing thrash on the ground or bringing the thrash upon store property. Please don't be offended by my informing this review of the matter because this analysis is but of one person...me, my analysis, opinion, etc doesn't determine the final outcome of this store's success or not. In closing, I'd definitely recommend this Family Dollar Store to family, friends, & the general public.

Went for dog food. Now my dogs have to be hungry because these people closed their store 10 minutes before their store time. Thanks family doller. Smh
