5+ year customer at the Lafayette store. 25+ year customer of the Dr. Barnes optical stores. Always a good experience and I'll be a customer of theirs for life. Very knowledgeable staff and EXCELLENT at helping you get the lowest cost possible. Great selection of frames with a wide range of prices. I've never had a complaint. Best of all they are associated with all if the Dr. Barnes optical stores. I was out of town and broke my frame. Went into one of the sister stores and they took care of me under my warranty. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

Very helpful, nice, and patient. The doctors took their time helping me to get the best prescription possible. The lady who helped me pick out frames was very friendly and made sure I wanted the frame I wanted. Will definitely be coming back

Excellent selection, quality products, good prices and excellent service. The lady who waited on me, Elizabeth, was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall great. My glasses were ready in 22 minutes. They were bifocals.
