Very dishonest! I had to get a rental while my car was being repaired. My insurance paid $30 a day for a rental. They set me up in a vehicle that was almost $50 a day without telling me the cost. Now I have to pay the difference. Disappointing to say the least. They should of been upfront about how much the vehicle would be.

Enterprise failed to hold a vehicle for me that was booked a month in advance to this specific location. We decided to stop using Enterprise personally and on company level due to always having reservation or issues obtaining receipts during company travels abroad. I recommend that you DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE if at all possible.

I went in to get a car and there was a line I only saw one person in the office I waited like 20 minutes didn’t even get a car they didn’t have anything at the time they need more cars and help in the office

Probably the best rental car service I've personally had to date (Johnston location). Absolutely loved the staff, the guys were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite and gave me a sporty little 2-seater that was fun to drive. I was in a bind after dropping off my car to get serviced locally a few months back and needed a way to get to and from work.Let me just say, they took better care of me than the actual dealership did. I dont live far so not only were they able to pick me up to get the car, they also dropped me off days later when my vehicle was ready. Customer service speaks volumes to me!

I had a reservation for 10:30 today at the enterprise on Johnston Street they were told that I had a doctors appointment and that I might be late for my pickup I arrived at 11:00 and they had already given the car reserved for me to another customer with no other cars available I then had to find another enterprise location that had a car available and pay an upgrade fee to be able to get into a vehicle the Johnston Street location from my experience is in need of a new staff because no one working at the location cares about customer service they don’t answer the phone usually because playing on their phones is more important but don’t take my word for it read the reviews at the bottom it’s literally ridiculous that this store manager Navy is still working for enterprise because he doesn’t care about the customer service or the customer at all stay away from the Johnston street location as much as possible and if you do have to deal with them I wish you good luck

I needed a way to get around and I made reservations ahead of time. I very much appreciated the service of the guy that helped me. It was easy because I did it ahead of time without any hesitation.

If there was a way to leave zero stars I absolutely would. It is unfortunate that this Enterprise is right next to Gerber Collision and Glass who are great with communicating with their customers, because you cannot say the same for this place. I got into an accident that was not at all my fault and brought my car to be fixed at Gerber Collision. Seeing that this Enterprise was right next door, my mom and I figured that it would be more convenient to rent from here. I wish we had just stuck with the one on ambassador honestly. Firstly, the insurance of the person who hit me was supposed to cover basically everything, including the rental. So I'm not exactly sure why I was asked if I wanted to add extra insurance in the form of a damage waiver, however I agreed assuming that whatever it was the insurance would cover it (I was not told otherwise by Navy).I was told that all I had to pay was $50 for the rental which I would be reimbursed for once I brought it back (which also never happened). I found out later that day when I brought the rental back that MY card was charged $324 for the damage waiver that I was never made aware would be my responsibility? Had I known that, I would have never agreed to it, but I think it was noticed that I am young and never experienced something like this before so that could be why I was asked (under the assumption that I would agree to it without fully understanding). My mom tried to get everything straightened out this morning and they claimed they left me several voicemails continuously asking if I wanted to extend the damage waiver, which is not true, I was left ONE with which I called back and no one responded. This is $300 that I now don't have when I have other responsibilities that are actually necessary. Worst place ever (also get a new GM because Navy's attitude sucks)UPDATE: still have yet to be contacted back about this

Good luck calling them because they will literally not answer! After calling for hours, no on answered so i went there and the service was quick but waiting on my rental i notice that they were not busy at the time i went and the phones were ringing off the hook!! They were on their phones clowning! Just sad
