The best place to rent a car from! The whole team is so nice and down to Earth they treat you like family. The manager Gatlin is so understanding and will help you out however he can and Caleb is the best! Always coming here and recommending them to everyone!

This is the place you'd want to rent a car from. The associates are super nice and love their job. You can tell a lot about someone by the service they give. These guys are great! I was a little late returning the rental and was panicking I would be charged again. But he understood and everything was a-ok!

Slow pace and not on time! As a business I believe you should be on time with rentals. Still waiting on a rental that was supposed to be done for 9:30. Car still not here!

Why is this location still open. They deserve 0stars. I made a reservation 1 week ago. There were no vehicles available for my 11 am reservation. I was offered to check in w/o knowing what time the vehicle would be available. This is the second time dealing with this unprofessional location. The second Enterprise location had a vehicle ready when I drove up.Just shut this location down already!!!

This location is horrible to say the least. I needed a rental due to getting into an accident. I called and reserved a vehicle about 2 hours prior to me picking it up. I had to wait almost an hour for the car bc they was cleaning it, the car was horrible. It was very small which is not what I reserved, Bumper was wrecked, seats stained and wet from them attempting to clean it. I only accepted the car bc it was late and my child was graduating so I had to go. It smelled good for about 30 minutes after I left, then the air freshener wore off and it smelled horrible. I bought back and went to another enterprise in the area and had a great experience that took less than 10 minutes.

Incompetent and rude management and staff. They lease cars with check engine lights on and fail to acquire safe cars for their clients.

Renter agreement told us to deliver the car by 8 but turns out the place didn't even open until nine was a little annoying having to wait outside for over an hour. The car we had reserved wasn't even ready for us when we came to pick it up. We had to wait for them to clean and wash the vehicle first. Overall crummy experience and most likely would try a different location next time

They consider compact and intermediate size cars under the same "class" specially if you are going through an insurance claim. Of course they always have a compact car available but conveniently never an intermediate regular sedan around, so they always want to upsell you the rest of their vehicles. Not to mention phone calls take forever to be answered. As of right now, I've been on hold for 45 minutes, and waiting to solve an issue between them and what insurance paid.I will never get a vehicle from this lot again. Ever! I felt scammed.

I would not give this location or its online customer support any stars. Have made an appointment for an insurance pickup a week in advance. Get to the location and no available vehicles. Employee states you can call our other locations to see if there is availability.. this is at 5 pm all close at 530 pm. Called corporate customer support. Was told he didn’t work for enterprise he was an insurance agent for enterprise and disconnected.. called back spoke with another rep who kept me on the phone 39 minutes checking airport availability. With no avail. Called back and requested to speak with a supervisor.. the supervisor stated airports do not deal with insurance claims and shouldn’t have been looked at by the last enterprise rep.. so that was 39 minutes wasted.. superior said there are no vehicles in seven locations in this area to contact my insurance companyLet them know enterprise cannot fulfill this request… how can you make appointments a week out and not have the only thing you do is rent vehicles.Never will I use nor recommend to anyone

Insurance claim was for a mid size car the assistant manager upsized me and charged me for a suv which was needed. If he looked at the info he would of seen my insurance was covering for a mid size. Will never go back there

They had a car. But it was in horrible shape. Ripped carpets. Trunk had dirt all in it. Smelled of smoke. Tire pressure was low but they said don't worry about it. Unless I wanted to take it somewhere at my expense.
