I gave a one star because for one I waited three hours before I got my nails done because it was only one person working on nails. Next, I showed the lady the pictures three times, told her the color and size and she did all three of it wrong. The first pic is what the nails are suppose to look like but black and longer.

Will not go back. I asked for short, she kept them long. Even after asking her twice to go shorter, she disagreed with me. Normally before they do the whole hand, they do one nail, get your approval, then proceed. Not once did she check with me. I get in my car and I could cry that I just spent $52 on nails that I hate.
