I arrived at Don's at 8am for an oil change (I got 4 years free maintenance with the trade in of my car). When I got there, the guy that's usually at the Broussard location threatening to kill his baby momma was there talking about how he's going to have a prostate exam for insurance reasons. It took them two hours to change my oil and then proceeded to tell me they stripped a wheel bolt/lug and I would have to pay $160 for them the damage they created. At this point I'll pay more for someone else to fix their damage and then I won't be late for work anymore.

Horrible experience.. Went to drop off a car for an appointment to do a diagnostics test.. I was told I would have to drop off and it could take 2 weeks, mind I had an appointment.. They are very unorganized.. I was also denied to look at a vehicle I was inquiring about, Basically was told if I wasn't purchasing it, i couldn't look at it. I found that odd and unprofessional.. They don't care about customers.. This place is a marked up joke ! I took my business elsewheres. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

I just want to say I got a recommendation from a female friend I am friends with to go to Don's Automotive... I am so glad I took her advice and went...Over there at Don's there customer service is grade A....Tony and Nicole that is who you need to talk to when you walk in there...They are located on Johnston Street the old Giles building ..I am glad I met those two today...They really made my day and I left there a happy man....Tomy and Nicole I just want to say I am glad I got to meet you two today...Thanks for great customer service and God Bless....Mr. Spencer Hunt......
