No stars. You pay what you get for, and for my case, I paid and got no rental car. My reservation had an error where the driver’s name and credit card names didn’t match, even though both people were present (husband and wife) and they refused to give us a car, change the name, or add a driver.

NEVER AGAIN!! Reserved car for 12:30.......show up & told no cars available.....maybe after 3.... I made a reservationar to avoid this senerio & had somewhere to be at a set time. Customer Rep didn't care & seemed annoyed she had to put down her phone. Called to cancel & for refund & they are going to process that in 7 to 10 business days. WTF?? They sure we're able to take the $$ right away!! How about don't take our $$ till we show up & if you have a car?!? WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER

This place is garbage! They are not professional, do not explain anything, everyone just sits there giving no type of help. They are a waste of time and money, they take your money but then refuse to take your same payment when you get there! I hate I had to give 1 star!Trash company! Lafayette Location

NEVER EVER PREBOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could rate less than a 1 star I would. I booked a car several months in advance. Try to pick it up car it would be 2 or more hrs before one would be available. Cancelled and will never see that $170 again. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

I reserve a car with a reservation and put 75% of the rental on my credit card at the time of reservation(more than $300). They call me the day I'm supposed to pick it up and tell me they don't have a car for me anywhere in the area. I am now left with hotel reservations, air bnb reservations and other costs associated with the trip I am supposed to be taking and no car to get to my destinations. Ugh, I would spit and scream and cuss if it was in me to do it. They offer a full refund, which I have not received yet and I am still out of luck on how to get there. Worst company ever.What is the point of paying for a reservation if they are not going to honor it. Jerry Seinfeld where are you???

Staff are very nice deposit always comes back in about 24 hours of return. Been using Dollar every week for 4 months now and love it… just make sure they have a vehicle before making a purchase with ANY rental period.

Booked a rental online, used a debit card to make the payment. I get to the rental place to pick up the car and have to have a credit card, they refuse debit cards, and it was too late to change ANYTHING on file. The booking company and the rental company were both unable to make a simple change to allow me to get the rental. Now I will not be able to get my rental. In addition, the customer service rep told me I would not be refunded and that I “should have read the fine print, terms and conditions.” Absolutely horrible service, completely unwilling to help, will never recommend or use them again.

I left my Apple Watch in our rental car which is obviously my fault, however we contacted them a couple hours later and they said that they didn’t find it. Now it’s at someone’s house in Ohio. They could’ve at least had the decency to look for it considering they cleaned out the car. So either they didn’t actually clean the car/check for it or someone there was shady and sold it. Hopefully no one else ever leaves anything in one of their rental cars because they don’t care. Some great customer service you got there.

1 star only because I can't rate zero stars. First, my car isn't ready when I arrive to pick it up. Rep tells me she doesn't know when it will be ready because they're still cleaning it up. I asked if she could get an estimate and was told "they're gonna tell me 5 minutes and to not bother them". Ok. Then she tells me that the $466 charged to my card wasn't showing up in her system. When I asked her if there was anyone else who might know how to find it, she told me she knows what she's doing and it isn't there. Then she cancels my reservation because I yelled at her. So I call Dollar, Inc. on 6/26 to cancel my reservation. No problem, I'm told. 7-10 days to process your refund. It's 7/14, no refund after being told by 3 different people on 3 different days that it was now cancelled, but was never done. Today's girl tells me that it's been waiting since 7/3 and no manager has signed off on it yet. Lies. Incompetence. Withholding my refund. Next to Cox Communications, the worst company I've ever done business with.

We waited over an hour in line and it took an absolute ABSURD amount of time for them to process our information. Staff had a very bad attitude and I do not recommend using this company!!! They are cheap but it is not worth it! THEY SUCK!

Horrible experience. Showed up at the car rental and realized my husbands license was expired which was 100% our fault but in order to cancel and rebook with me as the primary driver we ended up waiting at the airport for over 2 HOURS on the phone because their customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I absolutely do not recommend

Reservation at DFW made after a flight was cancelled. Waited in line 3 hours then was told they didn’t have anymore rentals. What is a RESERVATION for then?Will never use this company again.Don’t trust them.
