I don't know why I went back there. Place is a wreck. Staff outside smoking. Have no idea how to do their jobs. Does not know how to discount promos. Have to go back, with receipt, to get my money back.

Purchased sale items. Was not given sale price. The cashier left the store to smoke in his car before I could even check my receipt. I know because he was sitting in it as I was parked beside it! I came back a few days later to ask my my refund, and was happy to see the same cashier. He was not happy and said it was not him, and I said I remembered him and it was. His response was, "Well to you people, we all look the same anyway". I was flabbergasted!. Needless to say, I asked about the refund and he had to call someone, and even then it was not what I paid in the first place, even with my receipt! J have had enough of this store. I will NEVER go back. Other locations laugh at this one and always make fun of the things people tell them about how this store is run. I find it disgusting and will never set foot in that filthy place again. They are crooked and mean. I hope they shut the doors. The cashier did not know how to do a refund properly and did not give the multipack discount on cigarettes. He was unable to refund that as well. WITH THE RECEIPT RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. Not acceptable at all.

Poor customer service! The lady may thought I didn’t knew what she did but I’m not dumb! May God bless you for simply stealing to your customer, she took the return receipt so I can’t come back and complain, well.. the crayons I bought is for the kids mission, it’s for the needy kids. I will never shop this store again.

Literally every single time I go to this Dollar General, the same female worker is on personal phone calls, obnoxiously loud and continuously mentioning others personal business. Isn’t this what time off is for? You would think there would be a little more professionalism since this DG is next to River Ranch. The Spanish girl is very sweet and always polite.

Got there tonight at 9:50 and doors were locked saw two employees running to the back when they saw me park my car. Guess they didn't want my shopping money tonight :(
