Nick, Alec, and the rest of the team are great! I've had a few PC problems in the past, and they are always able to not only fix the issue in a timely manner but are also transparent about what they are working on every step of the way.During my most recent visit, Alec was able to help me explore options for building a new PC within the budget I asked for. I ended up purchasing a custom build from their stock of computers (RTX 4070, i7-13700k, 32 GB RAM). The PC is incredible and well-built. They were willing to negotiate with me, and Alec was able to fix the issue I originally came for, on the house.lifetime customer for sure.

Doghouse Computers ☆RUN☆I went in to have an operating system installed ( Windows) on my hard drive. They installed and warrantied me with a oral/verbal contract. They told me at the time that if I had any problems in the future, that they would be able to reinstall the system. Later, I went in store to get some simple Windows updates, they wanted to charge me $60 an hour. I asked them for a flat rate, so they got angry, and the owner told me to get out of his face and out store at 6 feet away. They said they would not warranty the install anymore... they went back on previous contract. Horrible disrespectful owner, stay far far away... run!!! All I did was tried negotiating with them, Wow.I have been giving reviews to Google 27 years.. I would give no stars but Google requires one star to rate.The owner of store responded to my review with false statements. Please disregard if you are smart my friends.

Awesome staff and service. Was having a problem with old computer and was wanting to upgrade. Turn around was fast and kept me updated on the progress. I would recommend them to anyone.. Great work guys.thanks again

I paid a total of about $350 for a repair and my problem was not fixed and now I am down $350 and still having problems and I don’t have other places I can go since they are the only locations other then best buy I will say a part from my problem not being fixed everyone was kinda and quick to fix mistakes they have made but I just don’t have the money to keep paying so much to fix my problem even with the text thread I paid 120 for labor 159 for an SSD and 8.4% tax on both putting it over 300 and was told in person with the SSD my GPU was doing well after under a stress test but the original problem I came in for which was no matter my graphics the only way I could get my FPS on games to go up was to completely restart my computer and no my driver are update nothing is over heating so o believed it was a software problem then I got told my parts are failing looking at both receipts I have the frist one for $64 and the second one being $303 I actually paid $367 for my problem not to be fixed even then I was rude giving a 1 star review i was just upset in the moment but you guys have done great work fixed the frist problem I ever came in for and with the SSD my computer loads everything faster now and every is very easy to work with so I will up to 3 star sorry for any rudeness

My laptop hard drive crashed. They were very professional and honest. Didn't upsell, just solved my issue with speed. Highly recommend to anyone with a computer issue.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was having an issue w/ my computer and one of the associate’s was able to effectively diagnosis the problem I had within 20 minutes. Also glad I didn’t have to pay a ridiculous diagnostic fee considering I was there so shortly. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Doghouse Computers. I needed my computer repaired and the owner replied back immediately. They were able to fix my issue very promptly and the price was very reasonable.
