Jackie is so great! She helped me pick out the style and sizes of all pulls and knobs. She made a color coded diagram for my cabinet guy to follow. I will definitely use her again! Pleasure doing business here ☺️

DO NOT ORDER from this place. Jackie will be so friendly and helpful UNTIL- you call and try to find out where your order is. 6 months after it was SUPPOSED to have been ordered. Then it's like she doesn't remember ever doing business with you. She lies about having placed your order and then lies about when it's due to come in. And when you call to check- she just NEVER CALLS BACK. So unprofessional! I don't know how she's still in business! Go to New Orleans, or Houston or anywhere else! Or order online! I am now about to move into a house that has NO HARDWARE on any of the cabinetry because of her ineptitude! Trust me- save yourself the headache and don't order anything from distinctive hardware!

The owner made an overwhelming experience of picking out hardware for external doors very simple. I love what I chose. She has beautiful and high quality products to see and choose from.
