Never utilize this company for any DOD or USCG screening. They have zero chain of custody reporting policies. The results were never signed by the MRO making them useless by the requirementsof the DOD. .

This place is garbage been coming here for years. Normally test result would take like 4-6 hours now it takes 48-72 hours. Didn't even let me know that they change the system. Plus one of the worker told me that it's been like that for 10yrs and I told no it hasn't and she says let me breathe a few times before something is said like really. This place is garbage
