Posted hours say open until 5:00, so imagine my surprise when I get there at 4:48 and they're closed. I drove 30 minutes for nothing. Very disappointing.

The cost was great, but my items in the package were broken! I shipped family photos to myself in Texas and more than half of the frames were broken and had to be reset. The frames were packed in bubble wrap and newspaper and it still didn’t help. She even asked me if the contents were breakable when I dropped them off! I definitely will not be using them again.

If you send products. Periodically to the same addresses and people they have it in their system you won't have to man I forgot that number you don't have to do that they have it in their system all you have to do is give them a name
