Delanes provided me with the best service I have had at any store. I went in to find a ring and was able to work with the staff to creat a custom ring at a reasonable price. The ring was on time, exactly how we discussed it, and comes with a lifetime of maintenance. My fiancé goes in weekly for cleanings and feels comfortable everytime she walks through the door.

After three jewelers in Nashville told us they couldn’t make the engagement ring we wanted, Kelly didn’t hesitate taking on the challenge. He knew which designer was perfect for the job and made the whole design process an absolute breeze. He also helped us find the perfect center stone that checked our boxes. Delane’s knows their vendors and product lines like no one else. We had such an amazing experience, we bought both of our wedding bands here. Love this place, the people here are always so kind and informative. No judging happening at this business either, that's a HUGE bonus. We go in after work sometimes filthy and not dressed nice and they still treat us so politely. You guys ROCK! ? Oh and the girls LOVED their Daddy Daughter rings ?! Thanks Again!!!

Staff is extremely helpful. After shopping some jewelers around south Louisiana, they were attentive to my ideas on what to buy and gave great guidance without trying to sell me something that I was unsure of or didn’t really want. I purchased a 1.5 carat diamond November 2019 for my wife. They showed me several diamonds, maybe 15, and there WAS that perfect diamond that just seemed to be “the one”. She loved it!

Exceptional, outstanding service! My fiancé and I had been having a difficult time finding a wedding band to match my rather nontraditional engagement ring, and our salesperson suggested a rather genius solution to solve this issue, while the other jewellery stores we visited offered no reasonable solutions. From the minute we walked into the store to the moment we left, we were greeted with wide smiles and treated with lots of care. There is no doubt in my mind that this is the only jewellery store we are going to visit from here on out.
