They dont care about people. I spent weeks in getting my medication. When i realized my medication device is missing which they even didn’t tell me i told them what i am gonna do without device the amswer is do you want to give it back?They are making fun of us despite their mistake.Misbehaving people in need and being sarcastic. It killed me today.

ZERO stars. Negative stars! I have been using this CVS out of convenience since they are 24 hours. However, as of the last year, service has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. I no longer receive notifications about my medications via text even though I AM signed up to receive them. Then, when I go to wait for the prescriptions, no matter the time of day/night, service in the pharmacy is as slow as the year is long. Further, the attitude of the pharmacy personnel is also not up to par. No one knows anything and they can't tell you when your medicine might be in, or if they'll ever get it, nor do they try to help you find it or get ANY information to help you. I just transferred ALL of my family's medications for this reason amongst being unhappy for quite sometime. This specific location needs a MAJOR overhaul of ALL employees and should just start over, including with BETTER customer service training. Perhaps a little compassion could be added in. It's 2024. DO BETTER!

I don’t understand why it takes an hour of waiting in carline to pick up your prescriptions here, it’s incredible! You have two lanes, convert both lanes to full service during busy times. I’m trying to be constructive.

They told me it would take thirty minutes for a prescription……three hours a go. I went to go get the prescription for my mother who is in pain from a procedure, and they told me, it could take up to another hour. Thirty minutes has now taken four and a half hours. We have this issue again and again with this pharmacy.

Whatever you do, DO NOT use this pharmacy!! They don't know how to answer the phones. My husband sat waiting 43 minutes and no one answered the phone. I sat waiting 20 minutes and they still didn't answer the phone. Plus I was up there picking up a prescription and one of the pharmacist yelled out my info instead of calling me up to the counter. Very very unprofessional! I gave one star because it wouldn't let me give ZERO!

I Don't normally do this cause I don't want to be a Karen. But the way I feel tonight is just terrible. I normally go couponing at cvs once a week. For the first time tonight my extra bucks did not print on my receipt. It said all my offers were reached so because I didn't see the extra bucks, I asked if I could do a return. The store shift manager on Friday December 15, 2023 at around 5pm said "you can't return it". Now I just purchased it at the self checkout, look at my receipt, went to the SM &worker and asked if could return it. Now he told me I could not return what I just purchased because I used coupons and extra bucks to pay. I literally used $10 in ECB & paid $40 out of pocket. He told me "you just earned over $50 in ECB. I said no I didn't . I walked out and I was so bothered because I knew I can return it. At that point I'm irritated, I walk back in with the items and I said YES I CAN RETURN IT, I'm allowed to return anything I purchase within the next 60 days. So he goes to the register and he starts going back and forth with me. He starts scanning stuff saying really wise ass comments then he starts accusing me " I know what your trying to do, your trying to keep the extra bucks" . He says "people do this all the time but I will not allow it at my store". I said what are you talking about, I just want my money. Find a way to take your extra bucks your talking about. He keeps saying "I know what your trying to do" and just accusing me of something I had no intention of doing. He told me "I'm gonna have to return your items & your going to have to repurchase it with the extra bucks you earned but I'm going to keep the items here in the store". So I run my mouth then I end up saying ok just do it. By this time he had already started my return and then he would stop it and restart all over 2 times. As he's about to finish, he says "I know what your going to do. Your going to make me do the return and walk out the store right after" . I literally said wtf I just said okay to what you want to do. He then said "I have the right to refuse service" and gave me back my items and didn't complete my return. AT THIS POINT, I have my baby in my arms, the other worker took my buggy, I'm mad and I'm stressed. That shift manager handled this situation very poorly and he should know not everyone has bad intentions. I'm learning how to coupon & sometimes when the deal doesn't work the way I want it to and I return items. I don't care about the extra bucks, I wanted to return my items to get my cash in my pocket. People never know what others are going through. I felt as if this worker treated me as if I was stealing or something. What kind of service is that? He told me respect goes both ways but it's kind of hard when I'm being accused of something I had no intention of doing. Others may do it but not me. The fact that he told me I could not return is why I want to return my items. If you work in customer service and you hate your job please quit. Someone else can do your job much better. Do better CVS.

Only been here once, but it was great. Medicine was ready when I got there from the hospital. They were super nice. In and out in 10 minutes. Much better experience than Walgreens which isn't saying much.

I have a suggestion for upper management for 1920 kaliste saloon rd.Fire every single person in pharmacy. Do not send them somewhere else because the infection will spread. Send all supplies to other pharmacies then build up a team with respect, courtesy, work ethic and nose to the grind stone. What you have now is rotten to the core and can’t be fixed. A clean house is your only hope for redemption.

ZERO stars. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dropped off Rx on Monday, got no notifications, went by Friday evening and was told they didn’t have anything. Then they couldn’t even find my script. Then magically found it and told me it was expired... SO THEY SAT ON IT FOR 5 DAYS and didn’t bother to contact me. They said “at least it’s Friday so you’ll be ok” and I said “NO its NOT a good thing that it’s Friday how would I possibly get to my doctor to potentially resolve this on a Friday evening plus I need to be on the medication over the weekend… They refused to fill claiming its over 90 days bc they were reading the date my doctor wrote the script which clearly stated a start date specific for this script that agreed with the date I’m trying to fill (not “refill” or “renew”). I pleaded and pleaded and eventually could only let them know how inconsiderate they’d been by not contacting me. Went to Walgreens and filled right after without issue. WALGREENS FOR LIFE.

Pharmacy staff carried on personal conversation while I stood waiting to be helped or even greeted. Very unprofessional. CVS corporation should definitely send secret shopper to see how bad this branch is.

this review is for the pharmacy-do not use this pharmacy under any circumstances unless you want a miserable experience.one of the employees hung up on me in the middle of speaking yesterday around noon- i got like 3 words out and she just cut me off by hanging up the phone?? i know it’s probably not fun to answer phones and customer questions but that is soooo rude and disrespectful. and i had been sitting waiting for someone to pick up for 15-20 minutes not only for that call, but pretty much every other call i’ve ever made to this location; same for my family members and the pharmacy i am transferring to. i’m sure they’re very busy but both these things combined is just ridiculous ? maybe think about retraining yalls staff. the workers are never especially nice but this time one was flat out mean. the way this establishment (just the pharmacy, not the rest of the store) is ran is just shameful.

Many CVS store pharmacies have stopped answering the phones including this one. EVERYTHING cannot be taken care of on the app which I am very capable of using, I have called this store for 4 days, at multiple and various times and gotten no answer. This location is also designated as 24 hours. The service is terrible.
