Too bad there is not a MINUS FIVE. They have the absolute worse store manager, staff and customer service I have encountered. They are of the opinion they are the only store in Lafayette for baby furniture, which they are not. However they do NOT warrant their defective product. The manager is rude an disrespectful. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS DEPOLORABLE STORE. If you want to check the merchandise, see what they have, THEN ORDER ONLINE. I guarantee the service you will receive is better and the quality of the merchandise will be guaranteed from an online seller. I will never shop there again.

Rude liars, and not the first time. I created a poll after leaving the store. 74% of respodents had the same experience. Ranging in a time frame from July 2023 to back to pre 2000.

It felt so good to walk into an actual toy store… my almost two year old was in heaven!!!! And it was priceless to see him walking around checking out all the fun toys!!! They have such a great selection of non-character toys which I appreciate… simply good ole classic and new classic toys!!! Definitely plan on stopping in here through the years!!?

They carry upper tier baby seats that the big chain retailers do not carry. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a really good car seat.
