Ms Bree and her Co worker Saturday afternoon was very welcoming and ms Bree you are awesome I will send all my friends to you on the thru way not only did I get great customer service I felt it in my heart that you did everything to go out ur way to make sure my Pic n everything in my phone got transferred over to my new one unlike the ambassador caf store they lost all my grand baby that passed away at the age of 2 pics n video but they told me it would be on my new phone when I got it n they set it up something I cN never replace but you did it for me people ease use the cricket on Evangeline thru way ❤️ and go see ms Bree she is awesome thanks again ms Bree from the bottom of my heart to make sure I didn't lose none of my Pic n videos

I went in today to make a claim because my screen broke this morning, Joni was extremely helpful and informative. After sitting down on the phone to file my claim I wanted a new case and screen protector, she made sure I knew that I can bundle & save money!! Definitely turned my day around, left happier than I came in. Even though they couldn't fix my screen in the store right then & they're she did her part to make sure I was a happy customer!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Rep told me the accessories were going to be free but I just learned that I have to pay for it. She told me that they were free on the leasing program. She also added the 3 dollar insurance that I knew nothing about. I’m not happy and considering leaving cricket

Customer service was very slow waited a while 55 plus min to upgrade a phone. There was only one customer in front of me they spend unnecessary time with one customer.
