I've been bringing my company vehicles here for going on 10 years. I've always gotten excellent service and his prices are fair in comparison. They have always gone above and beyond with their service. I have referred many people here, with out complaint. I highly recommend them.

Run from this place. After 10 months and $23k later my car was returned to me without items fixed that I was charged for as well as damages to the engine, body and interior of my car. Nothing but lies from these crooks.Services: Steering & suspension repair

My son's vehicle is covered by CarShield. Cork's says that they accept CarShield. However, they will not accept CarShield parts because Cork's told us that Cork's make their money from parts, so we have to pay separate for the parts. Their parts prices are ridiculous. I realize that they have to make money, but they should have been upfront about the fact that they do not accept CarShield parts, and that we would have to pay for the parts ourselves. We had other issues (they did work before telling us about it or the cost, then billed us) that are just too much to get into. My son picked this place, but we will never use their overpriced, sketchy "services" again.

Mr. Cork and his staff intentionally lied to us about the services they were supposed to be performing on our son's vehicle. We dropped our son's car off 5 months ago, and then called to check on it every two weeks. We were given extremely detailed updates every time we called. Forward progress always appeared to be happening. After a long time of anticipation we began to call more frequently. After several days of calling, with no answer, we finally received a call back. An office worker informed us that the owner was injured and complications caused him to be rushed to the hospital. She also informed us that they were recently evicted from their original building and moved to a new location in a different city. They've moved the entire business including our vehicle to the new location. This was rather concerning, so my husband went to the new location to survey the situation only to find that nothing, I mean absolutely nothing besides relocating it, had been done to my son's car. Everything that was told to us, week after week, by Mr.Cork and his staff was a lie. They literally made up stories to tell us, detailed explanations, of services that never happened. Then, my husband sees the owner there working and confronts him with the story we were told about being injured and hospitalized. Mr. Cork explained that he did have an injury, but it had happened some time ago. Mr. Cork didn't know why his office staff told us he was rushed to the hospital for other complications. When my husband asked him why he lied to us over the past 5 months about the car repairs, Mr. Cork would only say, "I wish I could explain that to you."Well, I wish they wouldn't have deceived us in order to buy time. I wish they would have just been honest. I wish my son hadn't been so deflated after we gave him the news. I wish I would have taken the car some place else.Services: Engine repair

The receptionist was completely honest with me about the repair of my engine. She could have just told me the price but instead clued me in on value versus repair cost. Love this place. They're not just there for money. They live customers.

Absolutely the best! Great work & customer service! They make one feel like part of the family. Explained everything to me from what was wrong to the price it would cost to fix it.

My 17 year old daughter brought her car here on the advice from O’reilly’s. She was losing power as she was driving. She told them what it was doing and asked them diagnose the problem. They ended up adding oil which was not the problem and cleaning off the battery terminal. Kept the vehicle for an hour and half and charged us $200. They completely took advantage of my 17 year old daughter knowing that she wouldn’t know the difference. They did the work without us telling them to. When I called to dispute the charge, I spoke to the owner and he claimed they did NOT take advantage and they had the lowest labor costs in all of Lafayette. Terrible service and communication and completely takes advantage of the customer. NEVER go here. They will rob you and take advantage of you. So disappointing to see this, especially in the world today.Service: Electrical repair
