I went to the lafayette store. Was greeted upon entering. Was prompted I would be helped soon. I walked around the whole stole and noticed a couple workers just playing on their phones. It's a good this they closing cuz I would NOT recommend that store.

This needs to be broken up into two segments.
The store itself I give 4 stars. They have good products, it’s clean, the workers offer assistance but don’t hound you for sales so that’s a plus, and the prices are reasonable especially now that they are doing closing sales. Only issue we had was we paid for the delivery team to take our old dining room table and when it came time, there was no record of this so, that will be remedied soon.
Now the Warehouse, 1 star. Would’ve been 0 if the delivery guys weren’t nice and efficient. We had our delivery rescheduled three times with no contact to let us know this, had to find out from Rohit the online chat assistant. Could never get anyone on the phone to explain why our delivery kept getting moved or why they wouldn’t reach out to tell us. The warehouse also dinged our table causing a piece of the wood to chip on the table, that will be remedied as well soon.
So long story short, go buy some good furniture for good prices while the sales are going but have a way to transport it back to your home.

It’s a really good place to buy stuff like iPad and all those stuff but today my parents ordered a fridge but the people who came said that they would take the old fridge out and put it in the garage but now they didn’t want to and if they wanted to do it my parents had to pay them money for them to take it out. Conns fix your workers now they are just asking for money now to take stuff out!!

We were greeted almost as soon as we walked in. The associate that helped us, Abi, was very courteous and knowledgable when explaining our options and the benefits of each model we looked at. We were in and out in no time.

I was screw .. they say pay off I paid 955.00 and was told they will close the account .. so I waited one month 1/2 later to told I have balance off 300 .. I will never order another item from them .. this makes 3 times they done this to me .
