Today I went in the store without knowing the lid on my drink wasn't on right and one of the lady's working cursed at me and when I was checking out she said in a rude way I wasn't supposed to mix drinks I would never go back to this location again with the two employees working there at 2

The rudest people work at this location. They seem to not want to work. And they all have an attitude every time I've had the misfortune to enter this location. Even the manager.

I stopped going because the girl behind the counter cares more about a phone and going hit a blunt outside than doing her job. Other day I came for to get two pizzas and told me store was out of food for a week but next day I go a regular walking out with food . Anybody who is local can say the same thing about the employees

My expectations for gas stations are not high whatsoever but this place is HORRIBLE! I live nearby so this is the most convenient place but I have to go out of my way because it’s so bad. I’ve never seen one so poorly run. The workers care more about smoking their cigarettes and playing on their cell phones than the customer needs. Where do they find these people.? What happened to customer service? Installing the self service checkout was the worst thing. The employees stay outside smoking or playing on their phones instead of helping customers and just tell you to use the self service. HELLO, I’m standing here because I obviously need your help. Someone please take this over and turn it to a decent station.

Very poor customer service cashier talking on her phone and also had a bad attitude to service customer...that was very unpleasant she don't need to be employed by circle k I never had a bad experience at no circle k before I will never visit this location again....

Pulled into two different pumps and both refused my debit card. Went inside to pay, and had to wait thru a personal conversation between two employees, while being ignored for at least a minute. The employee saw I didn't have any items on the counter, an asked me, "what do you want?". I told her I wanted to fill up, and told her the pumps refused my debit card. She then asked how much do you want? I told her to fill up, she again asked "HOW MUCH!?".I had long trip, so I told her $30.00, paid inside with no trouble with my card, pumped gas, which was 5 cents a gallon more than their billboard sign said, and left. I had to fill up again on my way home from my trip. My review is "this Circle K on Moss and I-49, employees behind the counter sucks".

Cashier had her back to customers at the counter talking on her phone it wasn't until I walked up third person in line and said something to her that she actually looked back. Store clean and well maintained expected Circle K variety air available windshield wipes washing and apple parking.

The cashier was mopping and my husband passed to get to a certain item and she refused to ring up his products because he walked on the wet floor. Definitely one of thee most ghetto stores around. I would not recommend

Husband went there. Card kept processing, so he pulled it out suspecting a card reader and paid cash inside. He mentioned it to the clerk who shrugged her shoulders. Tried calling the store 3 times. No answer. Looking for the owner of this franchise. He was fueling on pump #3.
