today I went to cash my check and open an account. i lost my dl but had the new real id drivers license and another id cashier in middle said she could not cash it because I did not have id this is a legal i d i should here my info and that said valid she refused. i ask for manger he was out a man came said he could not cash my check. chase bank policy is i d on hand which i had this is a good way loose business i will never come back nor should my fellow military .so not state or govt id? bad buisness. ill go to another bank.
