Great service. I was lucky to have an appointment with Michael and I was amazed by his professionalism. He spent a lot of time resolving all my questions and I was completely satisfied. I can't imagine a better place, I recommend it to everyone.

Lead Teller, Shelby, is the best! She worked tirelessly for several days to help resolve an issue I was having with a department that had nothing to do with her branch. Best customer service I've ever received

i thought chase was a good bank, but one day i received a weird message when i went to log into my account that said: ' there has been a security breach and some of chase accounts were affected, but your account should be fine. we are working diligently to track down and stop this from happening again. well, i didn't close my account since they said mine was ok. but since then, i've had to close one of my accounts because of unknown reasons certain amounts of money have gone missing. i contact chase and get the run around everytime. well, after i closed that account, i moved my income to the other account i have with chase. everything was fine until now. the exact same thing is happening again. but whoever is doing it is very clever. the transaction is actually being put through twice and anyone who can add and subtract can see that....all except chase, that is.i live on a very small fixed income and account for every penny. i also check my account every single day....sometimes more than once. so they can not do this to me again..how can i have a balance of .60 one minute and -$46.84, the next? especially when the transaction that they're over drawing me for had already gone through? i also did some checking and found out online that chase has to pay back alot of money for admitting wrongdoing some of their clients. i'm guessing it's the big wig clients but still, had i known this, i never would have opened an account with chase. if you have an account with chase, all i'm saying is watch your pennies. it might not be that you forgot about a transaction, it might be someone making it look that way.

Have had a Chase account for 10 years, went to cash a certified cashiers check from a local bank and they insisted they needed to put a FIVE DAY HOLD! Closed my account changed to Iberia Savings, cashed the check two days later!!
