They don’t price match with Foot locker who was out of stock with the shoe I wanted. They said they would discount it but not to Foot locker’s price. Foot locker ordered the shoe I wanted and sent it to my house at the sales price. I know both companies are owned by the same corporation. So it’s a reflection on the employee who manage that store.

I went in today and saw some canes on sale for $20 for men so I wanted to get them. Asked the lady with the dreads to get me a size 8 and said “your size will be in the kids”, puts the shoe back and showed me the wall for my size.I walked out the store and never coming back because she could of went to the back and get them.

Website needs overhaul. The link to sign up brought up a page with a puzzle piece to slide into missing slot. When I placed piece the next window shows me I'm ? blocked. I couldn't do anything further..

If your agent is working with a customer, they should tell the recent customer walking... "I'll be with you one moment. Looking around and see if there's something you may like!" Not just answer there question and walk away from the existing customer! Poor customer relations! Your agent should asked..." is there anything else you may like?" Before darting off!
