Exceptionally friendly, and the best price / appt availability of all the places in the area. The work was pretty slow (7 hours to replace 4 tires and verify alignment), but since I was at work anyway it wasn’t too bad. Would recommend for tire replacement

Service was great ?! Radiator was $200 more than I could have purchased at another location. That being said, the one thing that made my mind up to purchase this radiator from Chabills was the warranty,, 48 mouths on Parts and Labor is what made my decision to buy from you?

Tim was very patient and helped find the right tire at my price point. He also worked to get my wife vehicle into the shop in a timely manner, especially with her car having really bad tires. His communication with me was top-notch,l. He called when the tires were delivered. He called to let me know when i could bring in my vehicle, and he made arrangements when there was a change in my schedule. I really appreciate that. Thanks, Tim and ppl who helped work to get my wife's vehicle ready to go

If you haven't tried Chabill's, you are missing out. These are the Freindliest people in the business. They will bend over backwards to make you happy. That isn't even why I chose to go with them for my new tire purchase. They give the most value out of everyone. I called every tire shop in Lafayette. These guys had the best package, hands down. Every person in this organization operates under the same culture values. I used the Ambassador Caffery location and was blown away by the level of professionalism I received. Great job to Rachel, Trevor, and all the tech in the back that made my experience the best it could be. Thanks to Tim, who knocked it out of the park, over the phone. I will definitely be back and Highly recommend Chabill's to anyone looking for an honest car care facility. Give them a chance to earn your business.

Wonderful Customer Service, my tires needed air and they helped me with a smile
Friday. I learned that the tires actually needed more air so I went back the next day, No Problem, great service each day, Francis and Jerry were terrific!!
Went today 5/3/24 to check my tires, a young lady helped me, so very courteous and friendly, great customer service!!
