Terrible place, they tend to judge the people just by the way you look. Would not recommend anybody going here. There’s a pawnshop right down the road from this one and the people are great , treat you like family it’s called Pawn smart.

Customer service reps were very rude. I called before I came, described my items and Marie (Maria) said to bring it in and that they should be able to buy it. It was raining hard outside, I had items in my hand ( a monitor, speakers and keyboard), and my monitor dropped. They watched from the inside and didn't even bother to open the door seeing me struggle with these items. I put everything on the counter and before they even looked at it, the lady says we're not interested. She had her cell phone in her hand and took a call and nonchalantly said we're not interested. Very rude and non friendly reps. Definitely do not recommend this place!

I love doing business here. It’s the best pawn shop around and they have the nicest people who are so helpful. They give the most money for your items and it takes no time at all. Very impressed.

The customer service is phenomenal. Monica is so rude, she was so unpleasant to do business with, a young girl named Dawn, preceded to help me. Her customer service is outstanding, she is great. I will always look forward to her helping me out the next time that I go back. She is outstanding, thanks Dawn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The older women there is a real you know what every single time I walk … everyone else that works there has great customer service but she is a different type of rude with everyone I cringe listening to her talk to other people

I can attest to the other reviews which I read after I called them, they have zero customer service skills, which typically means it will only get worse if you do business with them. I'm staying away, I would suggest the same to to anyone. Read the other reviews before going there.

I want to say this is one of my best experiences at a pawn shop. Gabe the assistant manager was one of the most professional and courteous people I've ever encountered. I highly recommend if anyone Is in need of buying, selling, or pawning of any high end goods or jewelry to go see Gabe at Cash America Pawn on Bertrand
