The customer service is phenomenal. Monica is so rude, she was so unpleasant to do business with, a young girl named Dawn, preceded to help me. Her customer service is outstanding, she is great. I love doing business here. It’s the best pawn shop around and they have the nicest people who are so helpful. They give the most money for your items and it takes no time at all. Very impressed.
