“I recently had work done with Acadiana handicap solutions on some hand controls that was already installed by a different installer. I’ve been having problems with these controls for more than eight months and my warranty had ran out. I was willing to buy manual controls and call Acadiana and spoke with Melissa. She went out of her way, called the manufacturer and found out how to troubleshoot the problem I was having. In just a few days she had the part I needed and scheduled repairs to my hand controls. The technician Dustin was very professional and very knowledgeable, and did a great job correcting the problem . They were very reasonable with the labor cost, and also made other adjustments to my hand control. The problem that I was having at times I was not able to drive my vehicle now I feel very good about going anywhere in my vehicle and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs an installation or service.”

“If I could give these guys at this Avis rental outlet 10 stars I certainly would. Certainly 100% anyway. We hired a grey Nissan Rogue SUV from Houston IAH and got a puncture in some roadworks on the I 10 heading to Lafayette. It was raining and we couldn’t get a new tyre fitted so we called Avis at Lafayette and they arranged a total replacement car for us with no problems and no questions asked and we even received the exact same car and exact same colour which was so amazing. They saved the day and I can’t tell you how very grateful we are. One thing is for sure, they should get a branch service award. Thank you all so much and please pass this on to management with our compliments.”
