We purchased several Breezesta (lifetime warranty) pieces of outdoor furniture years ago. This year we discovered that some of them were cracking and peeling. I contacted Amber with Busches and she helped us have every piece replaced free of charge. Very impressive!!!

Busch Fireplace customer service is second to none! I recently refurnished my outdoor kitchen and pool area. Stephanie came to my house and helped me with my selections and again at delivery to set it up. The end product was just what I was looking for!! In the process they noticed my built-in grill needed to be serviced. They sent someone out and found I needed new burners and grill plates. Amber went above and beyond to make sure that the burners were not only replaced, but covered under the lifetime warranty of my 10-year old grill. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Because your service was poor our builder/contractor called someone else to complete the installation.The dividing glass in the center of the decorative glass rocks shatteredwithin minutes of lighting the fireplace for the first time. Also we are still waiting for the replacement screen which has a hole.We moved in on 12/01/2023 and have not enjoyed the use of our new fireplace.Sorry for the negative review!

My husband and I recently purchased a new grill to replace our Viking, we are so impressed with the installation, service, and quality of our new barbecue pit. We returned and purchased a fire pit and it was delivered just in time for the cold weather. Alvin went out of his way to help me pick the right one and was so professional and kind with the installation too!!

I stopped in at Busch Fireplace to pick up a few grilling accessories and was amazed with their selection. Anything you want these guys have it and the grills, wow!. This place is GRILLAPALOOZA! Gas grills , pellet grills and Big Green Eggs . Grills for any situation. Also, they have an amazing selection of seasonings and rubs. The staff was awesome and helped me find what I was looking for. I will be back. I got my eye on one of those Big Green Eggs !UPDATE!! :Well my Big Green Egg XL was delivered this past Friday. I have owned many grills/smokers but this thing is on another level. I can't believe I waited so long to get one! Thank you to Amber @ Busch Fireplace for helping us through the the purchasing process. Amber and her staff made sure we had all the accessories and equipment we need to take our BBQ game to the next level. Thank you to Alvin @ Busch Fireplace for delivering and getting me set up. Alvin walked me through everything and gave me some awesome pro tips . Also, thank you to my awesome wife for the best Fathers Day gift ever!

Terrible experience. Ordered parts. Said it would be a week. Then a month. Then never received calls back. After 4 months I called and asked for a refund. Bad service.

After such a great experience with the purchase, delivery, and installation of a new set of ventless logs, my wife and I decided to invest in a new patio set and outdoor kitchen. Josh made our decision so easy. He was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through the entire process. He was not a “pushy salesman.” I would definitely send anyone to Josh who is interested in new patio furniture, outdoor kitchen, or fireplace work! It is worth the money..10 out of 10 highly recommend!
