Sat on our car for a month, charged $100, sent us back to the original place and the problem they said we had wasnt correct. almost cost us $2k in Fees. Do not go here. DO. NOT.

We were broke down in Lafayette with a major transmission oil leak.. got in touch with Craig, he was booked but said if it wasn’t major he would try to get to it. He found a busted transmissionOil cooler line , replaced both and we had our vehicle the next day.. Don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t help.. Thanks!Service: Transmission

Too much to discuss here over approximately 7 weeks with a vehicle there. Told to take the keys, take my vehicle and don’t ever come back!!! Quite forcibly I might add. The day that I needed help from Mr. Bourque was one of the most horrible days of my life. I lost my husband. Mr. Bourque came and even though he was business-like, he showed so much compassion. That meant so much to me. Thank you, Sir, for caring.

Very rude. Spent over 5,000 with them prior to latest job and they were very rude and unprofessional with the way they talk. Wow, an HONEST,FAIR repair shop. They are great people, they give you an honest evaluation on what is wrong with your vehicle. They get the work done quickly. They don't gouge you with prices or extra work that is not necessary. I highly recommend this shop if you are experiencing issues with your vehicle.

Brought my vehicle to the shop and when I went to pick up it I heard a noise that I've never heard before so I called the owner over to check it out and he dismissed me without even coming to look at what I was talking about. He was very ugly to me and told me that nothing was wrong with it even though he never came to verify. I had to take my vehicle to another shop and pay them to fix the issues Borque's caused. The secretary was also very ugly towards me when I spoke to her. Very poor customer service, I will never go back here.

Been two weeks and just over 270 miles.. wanted to give this a little time. Had cam and lifters replaced, heads shaved, oil pan removed and cleaned. Also Air Conditioner reserved etc etc..No issues at all, just an excellent running tuck after all the work.Craig gave me a quote before getting in and stayed the quote when after picking the truck up.Excellent shop, work and timely delivery.Already recommended his craftsmanship to another.

I went to this place several times and I appreciate their work. This time my car had an oil leak they found it and I really appreciate that. The receptionist is very kind. The mechanic this time like one of the reviewer name Chase said, about asking questions is true. He told me , the mechanic that I could pick up my car, he didn’t say he was holding it to see if it would leak, so I left it there for another day. I call the morning still not ready the evening still not ready . So, because I inquired about MY vehicle he told me come pick up my car. I asked, to talk to him. He was rude , unprofessional and ask me not to bring it again . Really , if this how you treat a customer and I have use him for about 3 years . I can give my business to someone who appreciate my business thank you . This was around the beginning of this year . 2021Service: Engine repair
