The only thing I can say at this point is I should've check the reviews I did it to my self. I would never go here again lady rude as hell, after I called her and told her she bust my speaker on my phone. I brought my phone there to fix my screen ??♀️ I can't stand how people mess over you for money bruh that's why they don't have much business now. CHECK YOUR REVIEWS PEOPLE!!!

Called and asked for manager, woman applied that she was the manager and did not wanna give me her name she was very rude hung up in face more than 3 times had to drive 50 mins just to pay my phone bill plus got charged an extra fe3 i will be changing my company yall lost a very faithful customer been with boost for years and wgoever she is needs to be penalized for her wrongs r yall gonna lose alot more business.. I wish I could rate 0 stars, not my fault something is wrong with yall company

These guys are selling AirPods that only work for a week then it no longer works!! I spent 95$ on some AirPods that only worked for 1-2 weeks!! Even the charger that came with the pods didn’t even work once I got home!!! They tried to charge me $5 for another charger smh!!!! They don’t exchange and they don’t do refunds! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION!

Boost Mobile on Moss Street Lafayette Louisiana not satisfied went in to buy a phone to to add to a family plan they disconnected my phone number added to the new phone made me pay $140 bucks at the beginning when I bought the phone and then turn around want to repair another connection fee to add the other phone back on and then to add the new phone again another $65 not very happy with them

I have been trying to help my neighbor get her voice messages and all we get is messages from Boost. We can’t talk to anyone. Now she wants to switch to AT&T. Does anyone have AT&T and do they have the same problem?Thank you!

I never went. Unfornatuly someone else has a duplicate phone that's connected to mine who tries to be me. So make sure y'all stay away from.google apps they are being rewritten so it can steal your number.
