They didn't get my phone fixed. You get the run around from them. They didn't have any phone cases for my phone.

I have been trying to help my neighbor get her voice messages and all we get is messages from Boost. We can’t talk to anyone. Now she wants to switch to AT&T. Does anyone have AT&T and do they have the same problem?Thank you!
