Just don't bother. Posted store hours either inaccurate or employees absent? Tried again ..Was trying to activate 2 lines with Boost ..had 1 SimKit already purchased..Needed to purchase service plan for other Boost phone I already purchased..Employee repeatedly stated he would be unable to activate SIM in Kit I previously purchased elsewhere..that I would have to buy another SIM kit in this store..Without bothering to inquire about the other line I stated I was also activating ..try not pressing so hard for sales that sales literally ran AWAY.

I went and got me a new phone because old one got broke. These guys here helped me get my new up to date phone and helped to transfer my data to the new device. Very grateful for these folks here at this store. 10/10 customer support and care.

Edit: I went back and the sales reps helped me file a claim with insurance and offered to reconnect my old phone so I can at least work while I wait for the new one to arrive in the mail. They tried their best to help me and it's not their fault that the policies are the way they are, and unfortunately, I had some bad luck with my new phone...but I choose boost Mobile still because they are:
