I love going to Big Lots but haven't been in quite a while. I had finished with an appt. early and was heading home but stopped in. They have really started carrying a lot more items. I spent quite a while in their "patio" area. Found a couple of things in that dept that I had been hunting for and they were more reasonable than the same items in Walmart.

My friend’s family came to look for a dresser. Josh, not sure what his last name is but he was so helpful. He went above and beyond to help them. They did not really care for the ones that were on display but he remember there was one more in the back. He went and got it and they loved it. The price and the look of the dresser cant be beat. Thanks again Josh!

Made a Christmas order online. Waited…waited…got a notice that one of the items wasn’t in stock so they automatically canceled my WHOLE order!!! Who does that!!! I finally got in touch with customer service and was advised that that item was back in stock and I could reorder everything. Uhhh no thank you!!

Lafayette,la store has horrible customer service!!!!!! I fail over something they had on the floor never checked to see if i was ok!!!!!!!! Did the report and they have the most horrible unprofessional claims department don’t know how to talk to you and reach out to see what’s going on !! I wont spend another dollar there !!!! Treat your customers right we bring in the money with out customers theres no business!!!!!!! I hope you guys get better customer service!!!!
