I moved here from New England and today I met the Dr. And vet techs. Courtney I hope I spelled your name correctly was FREAKING AMAZING WITH MY 12 YR OLD PITBULL BOXER SOPHIE WHO HAS A MASS CELL TUMOR. COURTNEY HELD MY SOPHIE THE WHOLE EXAM TIME BECAUSE SHE WAS NERVOUS BECAUSE IT WAS A NEW PLACE. NEW PEOPLE AND NEW SMELLS. LET ME TELL EVERYONE IT ALMOST BROUGHT ME TO TEARS HOW CALM AND PATIENT EVERYONE WAS. COURTNEY HELD MY BABY AND TALKED TO HER THE WHOLE TIME. WONDERFUL , KIND, GENTLE JUST FREAKING AMAZING. MY DOG ? WAS ATTACKED SO MANY TIMES IN SALEM MASSACHUSETTS AND SHES BEEN ON PROZAC SINCE 2018. I WILL NEVER TAKE HER TO ANY OTHER PLACE BUT HERE. I GOT REAL LUCKY AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THANK TO EVERYONE AT BERTRAND ANIMAL HOSPITAL..

I am glad I brought my beautiful dog to this place. They really care about it. They've been checking on how's my dog doing every 3 days. Highly recommended. Please do not expect less than this on your animal's hospital.

I have brought my dog, George, here for nearly 2 years now and love them!! They always take such good care of him. He's boarded there several times and he even gets excited now when we pull up to the vet. I brought him today for his annual shots and he was treated like royalty during his visit. He had several staff come say hey to him and one even walked in just to give him a bandana and a little kiss ♥️ when the vet walked in she said "I had 3 different people tell me George was here." I would recommend them to anyone. The love and support they offer to their patients and owners is just amazing. Anytime I've called for help they do everything they can and are so understanding and empathetic. They always call a couple days after visits as well just to check on him also. If we ever move cities/states it's gonna be hard to find another vets office like theirs. Thank y'all so much for all the love and support you show my Georgie?

I will recommend Bertrand Drive Animal Hospital to everyone..Could not ask for nicer people and is very good with the pets ....I had no trouble in understanding what Dr and asst were doing and why...They made sure I knew what they were doing...THANK YOU...

I will never stop recommending this place to all my friends. I'm a first-time cat owner, and when I take her to get checked up, the idea of getting bad news (or finding out you've done something wrong) can be very daunting. Every single step of the way, every time I visit, the people here are nothing but patient, supportive, and they explain everything without being condescending. TLDR: I will always choose Dr. Fontenot and the rest of the lovely people here over any other vet, and I highly recommend you do the same.

I've been bringing my dog here for almost a year now. She isn't the easiest of dogs to work with, but they always make the effort and take the time to make us feel welcome and like it is their pleasure to help. Their prices are very accommodating, and they even offer a student discount. They have been incredibly kind and helpful- I would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring vet!

I took my cocker spaniel (Rudy), on yesterday for allergic itching that has been going on for awhile. The Vet staff and Doc was very friendly and informative, not even 24 hours later my pet seems relieved of itching. Thanks so much for the care given. Truly Professional
