We purchased custom sofas from Bassett I LaFayette when we finally received them there was puckering on the front fabric. I called our saleswoman and she asked me to take pictures which I did and sent them to her. She absolutely ghosted me. Never got a response. Now, one year later we have moved. Our sofa is squeaking and I weigh 138lbs. So no reason the sofa should sound like an antique. This is so very disappointing and no one has helped me. DO yourself a favor and purchase from Restoration Hardware or Baker and if you're going to spend over $5,000 on a sofa and loveseat get a quality piece of furniture. Bassett is not good!

My design consultant, Marcus, at the Lafayette Louisiana location was a pleasure to work with. We discussed the look I was going for and he put together an incredible room design that met my needs. His attention to detail, knowledge of interior design, and great communication made for a stress free and enjoyable bedroom redecorating project. He sent pictures of scale diagrams with the placement of furniture which was an added bonus. I am very pleased with the sofa, area rugs, and chairs I have purchased from Bassett in the past. I would highly recommend Marcus and Bassett products.

I went with the intention of buying bedroom furniture. The salesman had no personality at all. When asked to speak with the manager I was appalled at how rude he was. Very curt and abrupt. When leaving I said thank you and neither even responded!
