I am a female and I feel I was taken advantage of by a shop full of male mechanics. I didn't know what was going on with the my Jeep Commander and they said they would be able to help. I knew the car did not want to start and that's it. I had to pay $90 just to have the vehicle towed. I was already concerned with what the issues may be and the cost of repairs but the guys seemed nice and and like they knew what they were doing. I WAS WRONG!!! They called me back the same day and said they ran diagnostics on the vehicle and the only issue was the battery. I PAID $300 thinking that was the only issue and we were good to go. I don't know much about vehicles so when I left the location and the battery light came on after going only a few blocks I was concerned. I went online and saw that sometimes it takes a few hours for the battery to connect to the vehicle so we left it parked overnight. GUESS WHAT THE LIGHT CAME BACK ON THE NEXT DAY!!! The frustrating part is it's the holidays and with one vehicle you are stuck. When have one vehicle and two people that work two locations that vehicle is needed. Of course I contacted them back but by that time the vehicle was stopped again which would mean paying another tow company to come get the vehicle. When I called and tried to discuss the issue they made it seem like once they see one issue they stop looking for any other problems. The owner even went as far as to say they took the vehicle for a test drive and nothing came on (battery light). But mentioned they had to Jumpstart the truck to get it in the shop. Now I'm paying for even more parts and trying to find someone else to repair more issues that I thought were resolved when I brought my truck to the "automotive specialists". They need to change their name to automotive tries. If I would have been told this from the beginning I would have left my truck and that part changed at the same time.Services: Battery

Being a lady and going to a mechanic shop by yourself is always a hit or miss experience. I’ve been allowing the mechanic here to work on my car for a couple of years now and he has always been respectful towards me. The services I've has done in the past were always done well also. But as of now I don’t know what has been going on lately, but the last couple of times that I have gone here, the mechanic Mr. Darrell has been very unprofessional. He acts like he doesn’t have time to assists my needs or even speak to me as a customer. I assume because I am young and a woman, that all of sudden my needs as a customer don’t matter. This shop has lost a loyal customer! I will not tolerate disrespect and unprofessionalism under any circumstance! If someone is willing to pay you for your services, whether man or woman, young or old, we should all get TREATED EQUALLY!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE if you are someone who expects professionalism!

A bunch of d*** «professionals» ? listen carefully to your customers when you talk to them on the phone !!! how can you confuse the speech when the question was this: can you render me a service on a pickup truck ford f 350 ?? how could you cross the name of the Ford f 350 with a conventional sedan car? as ? This tells me personally that these are just competent specialists! and their clients just don't know how to communicate in English! thanks for the answer

I was told it would take 1 week to have my car fixed, but it ended up taking more than a week just to get parts for my car. Overall it took 3 weeks to get my car back (but was given a different date each week I called) and only 1 week to have the same problems I had before allowing them to work on it. Told them I could get the parts needed sooner than them but they said they have it covered. Ended up getting charged double for each part. I was given the run around when discussing money, “he’s the guy to talk to”, “no he’s the guy to talk to”. Paid an outrageous price and waited weeks just to have the same issues as before. Absolutely unacceptable work.
