I had a great experience with Tae. I needed a new phone since mine was damaged. She helped me file a claim. She did not try up sale me or convince me to get something newer. She asked when I came in what kind of phone I was looking for. She found exactly what I needed. She got me in and out of the store within 10 minutes with a new phone on the way. I am a very happy customer.

Waited 22 minutes just to be put on a waiting list. Way understaffed!!! Staff was polite, but come on!!!

They keep sending me and my friends over to repair shops without ever making a claim. They care about sales, and not about their customers. Do not go here if you want a quality AT&T rep.

AT&T fiber is fairly fast but not consistent at all. I have had to call them to come fix their connection 4 times within the past 3 months. Each time lasting 2-3 days without service. Very difficult to get work done from home.

I went in on 12/20/22 with an issue with my bill. I was approached by Nick Fisher asking if he could help. I explain my situation and he said let’s see what we can do. Only took the gentleman a few minutes to figure out problem. He informed me he would get with manager and see what can be done. What then matters of few minutes he had it all straighten out. He’s top notch at his job. Wish there was away for his store manager to see this review.

I called this store after having spent hours dealing with a fraud issue, in person, that evidently didn’t get resolved. I called and the woman who answered the phone instantly had an attitude and told me I had not been in the store. When I asked who managed that location, she hung up on me. The customer may not always be right. But people who think that’s how you deal with the public, should not have a job. Any manager who allows their employees to behave in that manner shouldn’t be a manager, either. Nevermind that AT&T should not allow someone to operate under their name, behaving like that.

From the reps that help you to the manager they did an amazing job! Just like they would be helping a family member. I was fighting a battle with ATT over the phone for a week due to an error the call center add on my phone, the manager did everything she possibly could to help and a week later everything fell in to place and was fixed!! Thank god for Timeaka she was a blessing

There was two people arguing in the store, not sure who cause it or what happened, but I decided if the employee doesn't know how to control their temper, I don't need to be there.

I literally just had the best experience with Tae at AT&T on Ambassador. I went in having all kinds of problems that the store in the mall created and she was able to fix everything with just a few clicks and was very patient with me. Tae, thank you for your help! I highly recommend Tae to anyone who is looking for help and looking for a new phone or service. Tae will get you right this holiday season!
