“I stumbled across these apartments as I was giving up on looking for something reasonably price but still nice (I don't believe in coincidences) in Lafayette as I was moving from another state. I was amazed at how quiet it seemed here upon going to the office to find out more details. Fast forward, I've been living here now for 8 months and none of that has changed. It is so peaceful and quiet. The maintenance guys, security guy, and the property managers are great! If there is an issue, they get right to it. I recommend this place all the time to others. When my family visits they are always amazed at how quiet it is and also how cozy my apartment is.”

“There is a brand new management company. The old was was replaced after four years. There is a new maintenance team and on-site manger. This all happened in September of 2023 and the new management company is very good. Please take another look at Eagle Run!”

“I really enjoy living here. It’s very convenient to be so close to both main interstates, I10 & I49. Also, I did a lot of research and compared pricing to complexes in the area and found that The Reserve At Couret Farms was worth my choice. From having in home security system, washer and dryer included along with all other appliances, our own gym, pool, jacuzzi, garages (optional), well kept property, very peaceful community, and neighbors who really look out for each other through our own community portal. The staff are very pleasant and professional. They communicate with us daily with either words of encouragement for the day or wishing us a safe happy weekend, informing us of community events, and sharing the joys of celebrating birthdays for staff members. To me, it is more than just a place to live. It’s a community, it’s like family.”

“Amazing experience! I called the office and asked multiple questions and spoke with Ms. Christine who was very patient and kind. Ms. Christine gave me all the info I needed and assisted me with the application process. Got a call the same day with approval and was able to check out the complex next day. Beautiful, spacious, very clean, and it smells great. The move in process has been easy so far.Update: I moved into the complex. Was given an inspection list to ensure everything was up to expectations which was very appreciative. Also had a very minor problem with a light fixture. I called Ms. Christine and in no time maintenance was there and resolved the issue. I am loving the new place! Still plenty of space for a 1bd 1bath after furniture. Pool stays clean and complex is always quiet.”

“The apartments are nice overall and in a nice, relatively safe part of town. They’re also nice for families with kids, pets, etc. The only thing I can think of that I don’t really care for is the lack of empathy from the apartment and property management. When situations come up they act like they care and will work with you. They won’t. But other than that I recommend.”

“I truly enjoy living here. The location, friendliness and prompt response from staff, along with the amenities are just a few things that make this a great place to live. The community is very family friendly and culturally rich. My daughter has made many friends since we moved here. There are many dog friendly areas for our dog and a walking trail. “I can honestly say, I’ve never had any problems living here. Anytime I’m in need with something in my apartment, they always always make a way and fix it immediately. Victoria & Laura are the absolute best. Actually, the whole working staff there is , from maintenance to everyone. I’ve lived in Willow park for a while, And I can honestly say I’d not want to move in any other apartments. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone, I’m always telling others how they need to move back there. They also have a sister property which I got to experience, and was just as nice as Willow park. I’d definitely recommend. Management has always been great in my experience, they’ve always done their best. 10/10 I’d recommend .”
