“My boyfriend and I moved to Plantation crossing in July and we absolutely love it! They always have cute events going on at the clubhouse, great amenities, and a AMAZING staff and maintenance crew. I never struggle with finding parking spots (at my previous I had to park six buildings down), and making contact with the office is so easy. The neighbors are quiet and very nice.
Location is great because we’re about 10 minutes from everywhere we’d need to go and we’re not too close to Kaliste Saloom’s road so you don’t hear the traffic.
The whole process of signing our lease/making first payments went very well thanks to the whole office team who quite literally held my hand through it!
I’ve never felt so welcomed before than I do now by our little community at Plantation Crossing and I’d recommend it to literally anyone. Our apartment truly feels like home.”
“Awesome place to call home everyone in the office are awesome and very helpful. the amenities are awesome with plenty of things to do from bbq by the gorgeous pool and volleyball sand court. Or you can hit the gym or play basketball in their indoor court.”

“I’ve been living at Holly place for almost 3 years and management has changed so much. I have to say the new manager now Kylie has been so helpful and understanding of the situations I have been put in dealing with pass managers! Although she just started at Holly she has done her best with trying to help and clear up resident needs! Great job Kylie!!”
“This is not a typical retirement home, it’s a full scale resort. It’s absolutely beautiful. The amenities are everything from an underground pool (with resort-like patio) to putt-putt. The whole place was a vibe. Everyone there seemed relaxed and comfortable. The courtyard was peaceful and serene. I am 29 years old and I did not desire to leave. It actually has me looking forward to aging. The other residents were friendly. One of them helped me find my way when I was lost. Another one held the door open for me, despite them being the elder. The most important reason I would recommend this place is its ability to be transparent. The reason I was there was to conduct a formal observation for my university. Many of the retirement communities and assisted living facilities I called gave me the run-around and ducked scheduling me. Parc Gardens did not mind being observed at all and even let me come at my own leisure. It speaks volumes about the management and care of their facility. Unlike the other places, they had nothing to hide or dress up. Finding a beautiful and fun place to live is a great find. Finding a place you can trust as well is a treasure.”
“I have only been a resident here for a few months and the one thing that stands out the most is the property management on site. Especially Crue Simon!! I can’t not say what a blessing she is. Always has such a great attitude and professionalism about her. Any time I see her or call the front office I am treated with the upmost respect and compassion. 5 Stars all because of Crue Simon!!”

“Response was great. Found leaking faucet and replaced it. Unfortunately a cpcv line broke and flooded kitchen and surrounding carpet. Dewatering came out removed water. All together job done promptly.”
