I have been trying to get in touch with someone about my bill!! You guys have been charging me for propane I have never received. So I need a supervisor to please contact me.

The field personnel are excellent I want to say first of all. The problem is not with them. I have given countless reviews over the years we’ve been a customer and nothing has ever changed. I have stated before that amerigas has the worst customer service out of any company I have ever dealt with and I am not overstating that at all. Burger King has better customer service. The amount of lies we have been told by customer service reps is outrageous. I have been told people would call me back or this or that would happen and it never did. If amerigas wants to do something to rectify the situation like the email I received said then how about giving us a refund or a discount or something like that. You keep apologizing everytime but nothing happens. Amerigas wants to save money by getting rid of local customer service and all it’s succeeded in doing is pissing off customers. How many people are switching providers because of you? A lot if I had to guess since I know we are not alone just in our area who want to switch. Stop telling your customer service reps to lie about them actually being in the United States because I know they are not. Telling your customers a lie is a great way to treat them right isn’t it? So like I said if you want to do something for all the trouble amerigas has caused since we became customers how about giving us the 600 back for last propane fill up

I HAVE TRIED SINCE SEPTEMBER OF 2023 TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT OUR PRICING. I KEEP GETTING SENT ROUND IN CIRCLES. I GET AN EMAIL TO CALL A CERTAIN #. THAT # TELLS ME THEY WILL SEND IN A REQUEST. I GET ANOTHER EMAIL TO TELL ME TO CALL ANOTHER NUMBER.EVERYONE I TALK TO IS VERY CONSISTENT ABOUT SENDING ME TO ANOTHER #. I WILL SAY, WHEN I CALLED TO GET INFORMATION ABOUT CANCELING OUR ACCOUNT, I COULD GET THAT ACCOMPLISHED WITH ONE PHONE CALL. THERE WAS NO ATTEMPT AT GETTING US TO STAY WITH YOUR COMPANY OR TRYING TO FIND OUT WHY WE WANTED TO LEAVE. HOW IS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

If there were a “ Negative star” that wouldn’t even be my review star !! The kind lady I spoke with was very nice and friendly. But Amerigas wouldn’t even accept my request for trying to buy a propane tank to fuel a home generator. This doesn’t sound like a company that’s looking out for future customers or a company that’s wanting to stay in business !! I’m VERY disappointed in this company and will NEVER refer anyone to them !

Get ur buts on my location by 8 am and fill my tanks up or ill send your tanks to the scap yard! It been 18 day and ur charging me. Forklift has been stuck for two days. Gets your priorites together!!! Your giving me a rebate as well for lost time... Thx mgmt

Worst delivery ever. We are a large company and require four 1000 gallons tanks to be filled weekly. I cannot get gas nor can I talk to a actual person. As soon as I can get in touch with someone I WILL BE CANCELING DELIVERIES. This is the last time they shut our business down. Seriously I can not force money into their pocket.

Worst customer service! Unfortunately there's not an option to give zero stars. I have received two bills for propane we did not receive. I have called the customer service number 6 times and have been told repeatedly they will look into it and call me back. I have never received a call back or any form of resolution.

Up until this year we've had zero problems with Amerigas. Recently we learned they closed their office in Lafayette, LA. They now have people out of the states handling customer service calls. We tried calling to have our tank filled but ended the call early because the guy asked my husband his name at least 10 times within the first 3 minutes. So, now we have to order online. They are also running their drivers into the ground by having them deliver hours away sometimes. That means the odds are very low for us to get our kind, regular gas man. I don't think it's very American for Amerigas to have people out of America handle their business whether it's to save a dollar or for whatever reason. Another local gas company may be getting our business soon. Please reconsider your business techniques Amerigas.

I have been trying to call and getting a message saying the wait time is very long, please use automative service. Really, well that does not help to answer my question. I want to talk to a live person.

Worse customer service ever. Hour and a half wait times are ridiculous on the phone. Website is not user friendly.

I called that system is the worst, and they never answer the phone. I sent 4 emails, multiple call and still haven't here back but I got a dang bill.. NONO I starting trying Oct.10 2020 Its Nov. 9th, I am not paying that bill for rental. Y'all come get y'all dang tank. it;s all disconnected and ready to move it off before the tree falls on it. You know whats sad we used ameriagas for over 20 years and to have customer service so bad. Unbelievable..

Delivery guy I have had for the past few fills is super nice. Just a really good guy. People that answer the phone in the offices not as nice. They need to work on those people. But the delivery guy is awesome.
