I came looking for a sectional. Mr. Isaiah was very helpful. They only had one piece of the sectional at the Lafayette location. He took his time and located the other piece at the Hammond location for me with the help of Mrs. Chena. I'm so grateful for everything they've done and the best part is, it was in my price range!!

Came in to look for a bespoke refrigerator. Met Paul with a friendly and not pushy attitude. Was very attentive to my needs and expectations. Was very helpful and understanding. AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Our sales lady Jamie was amazing she got us a great deal on a sealy matress. I love that the matress was dark grey and pillowtop. She helped us with financing we ended up not needing and the Manger Isaih helped us remove the charge and pay cash. The delivery guy was super nice, he was Professional and helpful. My sales person named Isaiah is outstanding!!! He helped me with my brand new washer and dryer a few months ago. Today, he is helping me with a new refrigerator, floor freezer, and bedroom set. He is so personal and values the customer as a person. Always ask for Mr Isaiah. He will get you all the way together.

It’s hit or Miss here. I bought a fridge ($2500) and get it home the lights don’t work in the bottom part sometimes and sometimes they do. But sometimes they don’t go off and the thing beeps every few minutes. I call the store to tell them bc it’s 3 days old! I get a run around and end up calling several times AND they have me call on my own to the warranty people. The warranty people explain that my warranty isn’t valid. Great. Back to the store. Good thing I sprang for the extra coverage WRONG! Spoke to Isaiah and Parker and the best I got was unplug it and let it reset and that works just for a little while. But then we’re right back to square one. So I called back and spoke to Isaiah and he said that he was gonna go back and schedule me an appointment. This is been 2 weeks or so ago. Haven’t heard anything yet. Fridge works great freezer is amazing, would be better for a deaf person without epilepsy.

I looked online for some good furniture. And found American Freight. Came in and got help right away. Isaiah greeted me with kindness. And help looked for my items.... Paul help out with paperwork and we went to look at the inventory and he was very nice. And Flo explained in more detail with my contract. Everyone was very attentive. Thx and I'll be back!
