I had came here few times never had a problem, don’t know what’s going on but a coworker told me it was going to take 45 minutes to shampoo my carpets and seats. Not a big deal. The owner literally had a coworker stop doing my car to go help the other workers. It’s been hour and half didn’t even start on my car. I spent three hours there. I guess if your car isn’t luxury or you don’t look rich you’re not important to this company. Also, messed up my tint. Megan said that there was no way they could have done it basically calling me a liar. She had walked off and got the detail to come look at it didn’t even tell me what she was going to do about the situation stormed off and went inside the building. I went inside I asked her if she was going to do anything about it being that she stormed off and didn’t tell me what she was going to do. She goes excuse me so rudely I don’t have time to put up with this behavior.

Second time coming here and the price is worth it. I will definitely be returning. I have a black Mustang and the level of detail the gentlemen taking care of my car is top notch. Fast and excellent. I thanked them but I hope these guys see it and they know they’re did an excellent job.

Recently my mom went to get car washed and paid $49 for "the ambassador" after they were finished, she only saw the driver side of car. Then she gets home and they didn't wash the front of the car! My elderly mother had to wash the front of her car!! She will not go back and neither with the rest of the family! Do not go here if you want your car to come out clean!

I am writing to share my disappointing experience at Ambassador Car Wash Center. During my recent visit, my newly replaced windshield was damaged either inside the automatic wash or by someone touching it up before it entered the wash. Prior to the wash, both I and the personnel inspected my vehicle, and there were no damages.
When I noticed the damage, one of the workers responded with, "another cracked windshield," indicating this may not be an isolated incident. I was then directed to speak with the owner, Bill Moody, who initially seemed understanding. However, as we delved into the details, he became dismissive and repeatedly mentioned that the insurance likely wouldn't cover it, implying that addressing the issue was a waste of both our time.
Despite having been a loyal customer with multiple vehicles serviced here without issue, this experience has left me highly dissatisfied. When I requested the insurance information to file a claim, Mr. Moody refused to provide it and was unhelpful and argumentative. Without this information, the insurance company may never contact me to file a claim. Mr. Moody could have offered to cover the deductible, acknowledging that the damage was not present before the wash, but chose not to.
When I mentioned that I have been a regular customer, he went to the back to check his records, not realizing that I have multiple vehicles and have been coming here for years. This insinuation that I was not telling the truth was very unprofessional. My family has been in business for over 50 years at our company, and this is not how you treat a customer. Mr. Moody even tried to justify his stance by mentioning how many years he has been in business successfully, implying that I was the problem.
Given this experience, I cannot recommend Ambassador Car Wash Center, especially for those planning to use the automatic wash. This incident could have been resolved simply and professionally, but it was not. If necessary, I will take further action to address this matter.

I have a lifted truck with offset chrome rims. They handwashed and detailed the entire truck at an exceptionally reasonable price, and did a good job to boot. They have my business indefinitely.

Did a good job but the cursing and grumbling of some employees was not appreciated. There was no reason for it. The guys working on my car were great and respectful. Some of the inside was not wiped. Not sure I will come back.

My first time there. A guy finally came over and asked what I wanted,I said just a exterior wash and clean tires and wheels. He asked if I was cash or card. I said cash. I went through the wash and it does not have a chain drive to pull your vehicle through,only drive yourself. The truck was still full of suds and blower did not work well. I got to the towel dry area and the two guys there were ok.
But I asked who do I pay as the guy put $45 on my wash ticket. I saw this was high fir just exterior wash. The kid took my ticket and went back in the office. Another guy came out and asked why I did not pay the guy at the front. I said he never asked for payment and only if I was cash or card.
He said pull up and drive through. The guy I assume was a manager. He looked at my ticket and said this was too high for just a exterior wash and dry. He said let me correct the price. He changed it to $20 and I paid cash. And ripped each finish guy $5 . The first guy was trying to scam me for $25 extra bucks when he saw I was gonna do cash. I glad the manager saw this and corrected it.

Took an hour and had to Windex all right side windows when I got home! WINDSHIELD WAS HORRIBLE! noticed this morning back side is all still dirty...stopped using Todd's for this reason guess I will need to stop using Ambassador! $50 thrown away

The worst! Husband took my car here because my regular spot was booked up for the day. Paid for an interior detail which was most definitely not completed. The way they wiped my windows, they would have been better off not wiping them at all. Also unprofessional but that’s a given.

I think they just lost my business. First off, they offer free car wash with oil change. So I already spent $120 at their location. I go two days later to cash in on the free car wash and upgrade to some middle of the line car was. Seems their cheapest car was is $10. So naturally I expect $10 discount. Nope! $5 discount and then I’m charged an extra $10 for it being a jacked-up truck or extra large vehicle. I drive a regular Ram 1500! Not jacked-up! On their website the charge is $3 for SUV’s, VAN’s and Trucks. The greed has to stop!

Bad episode of grumpy old men. So rude. The scrub pads that wash your car are almost black from dirt. Honestly I don't think I will waste my 10 here again. Take it to Todd's

I have used this place for years. In the last few years it has gone downhill. Today I sat outside and watched two guys seem like they were doing a much better job than the two previous times I visited. I gave them a very nice tip thinking the place had improved. However, the windows were not wiped on the interior; but at least it wasn’t like the time before when someone sprayed something that looked like milk on the windshield and left it to run down to my dash. I specifically went here because it was too hot to go to one of the automatic ones where you do the pre-clean yourself. I was sure they would at least clean the exterior good. They didn’t bother to remove the bugs from the front nor the mirrors. The mirror side of the mirrors were cleaned only in the middle they left grime on outer edges. I’m done with this place. I have wasted my money here WAY too many times. Hopefully I can find another place that does a good job like Ambassador Car Wash once did.
