I really enjoyed the experience at Alpha. They are all so friendly and they were very understanding of our needs and likes and they made it work. I highly recommend them to anyone whi is looking for that certain vehicle. I know I will be back for my next one.

I’m from the Lafayette Area and I have heard of this place from my mom. The experience here was great. Someone came greet me at the door and others helped me through the whole process. Did not have any trouble and they will answer any questions you do have, come here looking for a car and you will leave with a smile!

Alpha automobile sale on Johnston street in Lafayette, was a very friendly car dealership. Mr.Wilson helped us out tremendous.We will return if we need another vehicle. I would recommend all my family members to go there.

Am buying a auto from them bought the warranty. They showed us a car fax that said the car had never been wrecked. After signing paperwork headed home heard a noise. Found a plastic piece under front was rubbing tire. Husband got to looking and could see the making where the parts came from wrecking yard. The front had been wrecked. Then the ac wire was rubbed into by the belt, took it to them they charged us 225. To jerryrig it to work saying the compressor was still good that was a wire issue and there fire not covered. Do not buy anything from them.

Well the service was very friendly and they made us feel like family 10 stars. Alpha is located on Johnston Street. The sales people are so amazing and i would recommend anyone that is looking for a vehicle go to Alpha and they will hook you up.

Amazing customer service! I had such a great experience at this dealership. They treated you with respect, honesty, and wanted to get the best deal for you! I didn't feel pressured or anything, felt like I was treated fairly! Such a better experience than the big dealerships we tried! Definitely come here!

My husband and I went to Alpha Automobile Sales this past Saturday to see about obtaining a vehicle and we were approved for financing. We came back on Monday and signed everything. Went to Alpha on a Saturday and was greeted almost immediately! Any questions I had, they were answered without any hesitation. They were very patient with me for being a first time buyer! The people at Alpha are awesome. I had the pleasure of purchasing my new car here. Nick was a great sales person also.
