Everyone at Alpha Auto sales was professional, kind, and informative! They made sure I understood in full detail every aspect of the finance process and made sure I got the best deal possible! As someone with poor credit the car buying experience has been difficult but they made it super easy! So thankful for all of their help!

Worst experience ever….. saying they helped me tremendously but yet don’t give the lug nut key for the lugs on there and won’t reimburse if I pay and get one from ford…. I was stuck on the side of I-10 last night for 2 hours bc I don’t have a key for lugs and they saying they don’t have it and won’t get one…. They help you get in a car but don’t help you when something their fault happens

I came in from another dealership after googling used car dealership and Google lead me to Alpha Auto Sales! Entire staff was knowledgeable and informative. I was able to get approved quickly! I enjoyed my time at Alpha Automobile Sales! Would recommend to give Alpha Automobile Sales a chance if you need a vehicle and have challenging credit. 10/10 recommend!!

My mom and I went to alpha automobile sales today, an was great with staff that went out their way to help her get a car. They went above and beyond a normal dealership jumping through every hoop possible to be able to get my mom a new vehicle. Not only where they extremely friendly and welcoming but they go out their way to breakdown your credit score for you and give you notes on how to better it .

I went to Alpha on Johnston st, in Lafayette and bought a nice small suv they were very nice to me they worked up a good deal with me in Lafayette at alpha auto sales on Johnson street. All should go and try them out.
