Great furniture store! Quality brands . Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Their designers will work with you to pick out fabrics, custom trims etc . They also stock great accessories and artwork . Delivery drivers are awesome too!

I bought expensive leather couch about $7000.00 but cheap quality under neath the cushion ( the webbing).made in American leather company.I didnt know any better that time.when I mention to people how much I paid it, they couldn't believe me.I suggested dont buy it unless you know whats you doing.after we had our conversation that day, it didn't go any where.so I post the review which is I am not happy with the product and the way you told me on the phone.the expert came check my leather sofa, he told me the problem.not from worn out but some thing wrong under neath the cushion is call webbing maybe loose from the beginning or came off, maybe thats what I think.from the beginning after one week you delivery the couch, already have problem like softer then from the model at store.but I didn't know neither of you , actually was the webbing.what you did change the cushion because I suggested.even I already bought it several years ago, I hardly seat on itI am the only one using it.I just realize it now because thats the couch I have it at my Apt.I told couple store who's sell American leather company furniturethey told me, the store has to stand for their product.to ask the expert to come take a look the couch and try to fix the problem.doesnt matter which states the customer lives.I will put more stars Don after you take care the problem.

My husband and I recently purchased 2 recliners from Albarado's. The shopping experience was very pleasant! Staff followed the mask mandate and I felt safe in their store. They are knowledgable professionals who care about their customers. The store inventory was good and filled with well-crafted, solid pieces.

I love this store! They carry many lines for any budget. Many of their brands allow you to choose fabrics/leathers. Their friendly staff will assist you in choosing just the right look. I highly recommend Albarado’s Fine Furnishings.

Thoroughly enjoyed our shopping experience here. The customer service experience was second to none. I felt like they cared more about my happiness and satisfaction with the product than trying to make a sale. I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone albarados way!

Our Albarado experience is less than stellar to say the least. We did not expect to be profiled and asked 20 questions just to be able to look at furniture let alone purchase. The prevailing attitude of this small store was far and away completely out of line. We happily bought elsewhere.

Nice staff but a 30% higher price than competitors is NOT worth it. Do your research before you buy here. I found the quote to be somewhat deceiving. Same piece, better fabric DELIVERED from North Carolina for $600 LESS.
