To locate this service at the airport if you are not ALREADY at the airport but using their services you have to drive through past the passenger drop-off following the car rental signs. Park and walk all the way back towards the airport.I booked a car online because it was Sunday and none of the other rental places were open in town. It was easy enough to do online and to edit your reservation. It was all so easy to extend. There are a bunch of service fees attached because you're renting from the airport. But overall it was a good experience.

They promised me they would wait for the late flight and when I got here I was stranded with no vehicle, this is the 3rd time they have done this, they don’t care about their customers

I reserved and paid in full a vehicle a month before my trip to Great Falls Montana. When I arrived at the airport I was informed that there was no vehicles available. Instead of holding my vehicle I had reserved and paid for was rented out. I asked the manager what point did it serve for me to reserve and/or pay for a vehicle. He had no answer. I called the Alamo and asked them the same question. Same response but was going to have someone call me back. It has been a week and I still have not received a call from them. Alamo I still want you to explain the purpose of reserving and paying for a vehicle ahead of time.

We had the best experience renting from the Alamo at the Lafayette Airport. The ladies behind the counter were so nice and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Worst car rental service i've ever used. I called the corporate office to extend my drop date by 24hrs (1hr) and i was charged for the previous days using the rate for that one day extension. Who does that!!! It's utterly disgusting. Will never be using them again. Never!!! I really do regret renting from them.

They have good deals through their club. I made my reservation about two weeks in advance and set up a time that would allow me to make preparations for the family trip once I picked up the vehicle. Unfortunately they failed to have the SUV on the lot when I arrived for my scheduled pickup. It took almost an hour and a half for them to secure a vehicle to fulfil my reservation. I would much rather have my vehicle ready to pick up over an upgrade. My time is much more valuable than an upgrade on my rental especially an hour and half. This resulted in us arriving at our destination during peak rush hour traffic that led to further delays.

I'VE RENTED FROM SEVERAL PLACES IN LAFAYETTE. This by far is the worse customer service ever. I reserved and prepaid online for a pickup truck. When I arrived the rep was holding a conversation on her phone while speaking to me in between. After charging my card the additional 200 deposit then she decides to check for the truck availability and then I was told we only have a minivan. I couldn't even rent elsewhere because the funds on my credit would take several days to refund. NEVER again I'M FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBBB

The car was not cleaned. The carpet was vacuumed and that was it. I brought car to carwash to clean.

We rented a vehicle out of Aurora Colorado last week. We had issues getting the vehicle we requested then once we got it they did not do a visual inspection and we got it soaking wet. Upon our returning the vehicle they scanned the sticker and immediately advised me there was hail damage to the vehicle before we were able to exit it. It didnt even rain the few days we were there. The manager showed me a little ding on the hood then when I had him go back and show my son in law the manager climed up and showed my son in law a ding on the roof. It was clear we had declined their I insurance so this was a scam to try to claim it on our personal insurance. Not gonna happen. Never again!

I rented a mini-van for a road trip with 6 people from here through Costco travel. The van was nice and clean and drove well. Pickup was easy and they brought it right to the terminal for me. Dropoff was even easier. I would rent from them again.

I had a horrible experience with renting from Alamo in Lafayette. Their customer service is deplorable. There is a complete absence of professionalism and common courtesy. The air conditioner in the car they provided went completely out 30 minutes into my trip down the interstate. I left messages and wrote emails and did not receive any response from their manager.

had a very horrible experience. got there to pick up my rental and there was no one at the counter for at least 15 minutes. finally a female came from the back stating that she and only one other person was there and they didnt have any cars upfront and none of the managers were answering the phone. what should have taken 10 minutes turned out be 40 minutes. the young ladies were very pleasant and i know that they were just doing their job. but it was very unorganized. and i rent from there all the time
