Waited a full hour to see the Dr, no exaggeration. This was with no communication about being behind schedule or apology. When she finally came in, she was impatient with my dog, as he gets really stressed at the vet. I warned them over the phone when we scheduled about his behavior, they said no problem. It seems they didn't record the warning in his file. I tried to tell them what worked at our previous vet but that was mostly dismissed. It seems like they are overscheduling appointments at this clinic and have their employees short tempered. I have recently met with Dr Tonya and Dr Renee, both seem well set in their ways and dont pay enough attention to what the owner has to say. Today was my last visit here. There's too many vets in town to put up with these issues.

My dog doesn’t like vet at all she was very sick. She had been vomiting for days and nothing I did would help I felt helpless.So I brought to this facility and even though she want it to bite the vet hand off .He found the problem and within days my baby was hopping around and thanking me for going the extra mile to get her help..

We enjoy this locally owned vet clinic. The employees are professional & their prices are fair. Dr. Tonya is kind, caring & compassionate. She always went out of her way to personally get in touch with me to answer any questions that I had during the not so happy parts of my pet’s lives. It left a positive impact on me that I’ll never forget.

The Vets are good but the girls upfront are not personable at all and some times rude especially on the phone! The girl I spoke to briefly this morning makes me want to switch vets again. Won’t name her but I believe her name starts with an “S”. Customer service goes a long way!

Dr. Tanya saw my babies for 10 years. I recently have relocated and leaving a vet that I trust so much has been one of the hardest parts. She has always been so understanding of my anxiousness over my babies and puts my mind at ease. She goes above and beyond every visit. From getting down in the floor to coax my scared baby from under the bench, to getting me referenceS for bees in my backyard, to going the extra mile when there has been swollen paws or allergy issues…this woman does it ALL. Dr. Tanya remembers EVERYTHING. She checks in with me every visit on anything going on with my dogs or in my personal life. Ha She is extremely thorough and makes sure I get all bases covered while I’m there so I don’t have to come in again for 6 months (I’m a teacher on a budget). The knowledge she has blows my mind. I, honestly, don’t think I’ve ever written a review..but this woman deserves the moon and the stars. We love you, Dr. Tanya!

I've been coming here for several years, and I love it. It's very affordable, and the doctors and techs are just fabulous. The doctors really take their time to investigate and methodically figure out a problem, while listening to me carefully, answering all my questions, and keeping me well-informed. Highly, highly recommend this clinic!

We have a rather big crew of 5 and I am forever grateful for the staff and the love the show our pups. They are always professional and kind no matter if it's a health concern or simple checkup. Throughout the years we've seen all the Drs and you can't go wrong with any of them. Highly recommend them no matter if it's checkups, boarding, or therapy!

I have never gone to a better more caring vet.Over the years,70, I had a number of dogs and vets. Not only the vet, the staff are well trained.I can’t recommend them more highly!!!

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your babies are taken care of! I’ve been taking my dog for years and have nothing but good things to say (my dog would agree!).

Excellent vet clinic! We walked in with a emergency and they were very quick to help. The staff worked together to ensure our pet received the help she needed. It was very affordable, too.

They always have my prescription cat food so I never have to drive more than 5 minutes from home. Never once saw their vet. I had his script sent over. The staff upfront are always nice though.
