I dropped off a package in the night drop on July 6th between 4;30 and 6;30 pm. It still hasn’t been scanned in. Went to the post office today to find out what’s going on. Will they have no clue. Said maybe I left it in my truck. Well I know for a fact I dropped it there. Why can’t you pull the cameras and you can see me walk in with the package. Then see me put it in the box and walk out without it! Seems like someone stole my package. Can you pull the cameras?

I love the Lacombe post office! They are always quick, courteous, professional and kind. I have never had to spend more than 5 minutes in this post office.

This is the epitome of the small town post office. Employees are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure that mail is delivered and customer questions are answered. At the actual location, there is rarely more than a short wait in line, even during the holidays. I can't say enough good things about the Lacombe post office!

Simone had an unprofessional attitude when I called about a “out for delivery” package that was simply not dropped off. Denying any problem occurred and then displaying an argumentative demeanor over a rudimentary issue is not positive representation for the USPS.My interactions with ALL other employees at this location has been stellar! Great customer service even in the busy season has been my experience until now. I’ve spoken with a different manager before that handled problems with courtesy, promptness, and professionalism. I hope this fundamental customer service issue will be addressed moving forward.

Front desk lady deserves a raise, paid vacation and a free spa day.Saw her work by herself 3 hours non-stop while being friendly and extremely helpful to each customer. 5 stars just for her.

Have paid to have a catalog deliver to my house four times and it has not been delivered yet the company and I tracked it to the glacombe post office and they refused to bring it to the house because it won't fit in the mailbox so they're throwing it away

The delivery service is not up to par. I haven’t received mail in two days. Normally I get mail everyday even if it is junk mail. Tried calling and it is an hour wait.
