It takes forever for them to answer no lies and I think he should stick to set prices but I never had a problem with him he did my windows at an affordable price and my windows came out nice

Very unprofessional with the scheduling. Called last Thursday made an appointment for 1pm today. Called at 11am to see if I could drop off the truck early was told oh no your appointment was at 10 am. Which definitely wasn’t the case. Called talked to Trent about it. Said bring it in. Drove all the way to labadieville from Houma to drop off my truck to only leave for 5 min and get a phone call from him saying my truck can’t be done today. He has other customers to tend to. Definitely wouldn’t waste y’all time.

I had an appointment scheduled. Dropped car off and got a call an hour later saying that things were too hectic and they couldn’t do my window tint. Go to pick up car and car seat was taken out and visible sweat in back seat. Seems someone didn’t want to put in the work to actually do it. Was told they were tired! Not good business!

I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time. It was for 3 p.m. on June 1st. I called to confirm my appointment begin around 2 pm . No one answered the phone. I left messages and called multiple times. I also sent text attempting to confirm my appointment. I finally got through and was told that I had to be pushed back an hour because he was running behind schedule. I get there at 4 p.m. to be told that he could not do my car that day. It was rescheduled for 10:30 on June 2nd. I called him let him know I'll be there in about 10 minutes. There was no answer. He called back and said that he had called my phone at 7:30 a.m. and left me a voice message saying he cannot do my car until 1 p.m. I explained to him that was already in Thibodaux. Did not get the voice message. And had no where else to go. He got irate. Told me that wasn't his problem. And hung up on me. This is so unprofessional. He wasted 2 days of my time. I drove an hour there and back 2 days in a row. And he had the audacity to have an attitude with me. Unbelievable
